Most opticians send your prescription to a lab three counties away and quote you a week or more. We don’t. Everything happens on the premises, so a straightforward single-vision pair is often ready the same day you order it.

Can I really get glasses the same day?

In most cases, yes. Straightforward single-vision prescriptions with lenses we hold in stock are cut, fitted and checked in our own lab, so they’re often ready to collect the same day. Stronger, specialist or varifocal prescriptions can take a little longer — the fastest way to know is to ask us.
Do I need a prescription first?

Not necessarily. Bring a current prescription if you have one, or book a free eye test with us and we’ll do it on the day, then glaze from there.
How quickly can you do prescription sunglasses?

Because we tint in our own tank, prescription sunglasses are often ready within 24 hours — any shade you like, with a full UV400 filter for UVA and UVB protection as standard.
What about varifocals?

Precision varifocals are fitted and glazed in 3–4 days — a fraction of the usual wait on the high street.
Can you reglaze frames I already own?

Yes. We put new lenses into frames you love, including Lindberg relensing and Ray-Ban repairs — usually while you wait.
