DELIVERY TO YOU FOLLOWING YOUR ORDER

We only use DPD or Royal Mail for the delivery of products to you. Unfortunately we cannot deliver outside the UK at this current time. The tracking number when used through either DPD or Royal Mail will enable your order to be fully tracked. 

DELIVERY TERMS

Please note that all returned goods remain the responsibility of the sender until received by Specs Opticians. We recommend that you select a safe/traceable delivery service, such as DPD, Royal Mail tracked retaining proof of postage. Specs Opticians will not refund the shipping costs for any normal returns. 

REFUNDS FOR DAMAGED/INCORRECT PRODUCTS

If you received an incorrect or damaged item due to a mistake on our part, Specs Opticians will refund the original delivery cost/handling fees on your order.
